Shipping
We use Australia Post’s service to deliver your order to the delivery address specified in your order, provided that your entire order can be packaged within a Letter or 500g Parcel Satchel.

For orders larger than can fit in the above Australia Post satchels, your order will be dispatched using Australia Post’s Standard Service and packaged in the most suitable Australia Post standard box.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order via our website. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided in your order. Please note that orders received after 2 pm on a Friday (or on a day prior to a public holiday) will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next business day, as applicable.
